Research Symposium: Life as an Academic in the 21st Century - Part 1: Establishing Strong Mentoring; Part II: Navigating the Tenure and Promotion Process
The purpose of this 2-hour workshop is twofold. First we will explore the notion of mentoring from various perspectives in academe (i.e., administrative and faculty). Second, we will share various perspectives on strategies to navigate the tenure and promotion process in times of economic and political challenges in institutions of higher education.
