Fairness, Fairplay and Coaching to Win
Coaches can provide an environment that will promote character development. The focus of this session is on the presentation of ideas about coaching for character. Particular emphasis will be placed on one of the newest domains in the National Standards for Athletic Coaches - Philosophy and Ethics. Information gathered from focus group discussions with high school coaches will be presented.
