| Using NUD*IST for Content Analyses in Health Education |
| Introduction: The new edition of NUD*IST-6 facilitates sophisticated content analyses of focus group, interview and other narrative data.
Purpose: The purpose of this session is to:
1) demonstrate the capabilities of NUD*IST-6 in terms of data triangulation.
2) share ideas about topics for, and methods of qualitative analyses in health education.
Importance of the issue: It is increasingly important for health educators to appropriate use qualitative methods of data analysis. A useful, efficient assistant in the process is software like NUD*IST. |
