Stress Reduction through Chan Chi Gong Technique
Chan Chi Gong is a series of simple, fluid, and slow paced movements performed with an easy breathing technique that can be practiced by anyone of any ability. It is originated by Mei Hsiu Chan in 1988. The purpose of Chan Chi Gong is to balance and circulate the intrinsic Chi through our mental and physical system. Few of the many reported benefits of consistently practiced Chan Chi Gong include stress reduction, increased immune system, enhanced body equilibrium, and superior energy. Participants will learn a series of Chan Chi Gong exercises to experience a great sense of relaxation.
