Connecting with Graduate Schools: Asking Questions and Getting Answers
This program is designed to provide undergraduate students, especially students of color from historically Black colleges and universities (HBCU), with the opportunity to discuss graduate education with graduate faculty from several universities. To that end, higher education professionals will lead small group discussions to offer information and respond to questions posed by session attendees about graduate education. Participants will be encouraged to rotate from one table to another, listening, asking questions, and receiving information about various aspects of graduate education, such as admission requirements, funding, and mentoring in terms of various specialization program areas (e.g., sport pedagogy).
