Adventure Equipment: Vendors and Clients Talk About Installation and Inspections
The construction, installation, and maintenance of equipment used in adventure programs must meet rigid standards. Vendors who supply this equipment and clients who purchase their equipment and services need to clearly communicate their expectations in such a transaction. A panel of vendors who supply adventure equipment and inspection services, and clients who have utilized the services of such vendors will discuss the issues that need to be resolved in this relationship, and ways that this has been successfully accomplished. Persons contemplating the development of adventure programs may learn how to go about the process of ordering and pitfalls to be avoided.
