Catching the Netball Fever!
For decades girls and women in the British influenced regions of the Caribbean, Africa, Oceania and parts of Asia, have enjoyed the skills and versatility of participating in Netball as their primary team sport. In recent times, a growing number of boys and men have joined their female counterparts in sharing the excitement of the game by mastering the skills of the sport. Fundamental and specialized movement skills are developed and refined through active participation. Requiring limited space and equipment, Netball is an attractive addition to programs for physical activity leaders at all levels. Netball is a physical educators’ DREAM!
