COPEC Day: Refining Sequence Work in Educational Gymnastics: How Do I Get from Here To There
This session will feature how teachers can use process characteristics to improve sequence work of children in an educational gymnastics setting. Participants will create movement sequences on a mat or box/bench based on selective choices of body awareness, space awareness, effort actions and relationships. Assessment techniques will be shared to determine the quality of sequence work.
