GirlForce Leader Training
Organize, plan and lead an effective health-risk prevention workshop for girls at your school or community center. This course provides step-by-step guidance and hands-on experience with a proven effective, unified curriculum encompassing nutrition, smoking prevention, exercise, and body image especially for pre-teen and teenage girls. Training includes a 115-page leader handbook, CD-ROM, evaluation form, follow-up curriculum, two-year certification, and ongoing resource support. GirlForce is a non-profit, research-based outreach program at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
