BEST/Physical Best
Fitness Assessment - Not for the Week!
It is important for students to understand connections between their daily lessons and preparation for fitness assessment. In this session, participants will learn Physical Best activities and other creative and fun methods to prepare students throughout the year for various models of fitness assessment. The activities and ideas presented in this session are designed to be an enjoyable way for students to learn about health-related fitness and to provide participants with ideas for both formal and informal fitness assessment.
