The National Strength and Conditioning Associations Standards and Guidelines
The purpose of this project is to help identify areas of liability exposure, increase safety and decrease the likelihood of injuries that might lead to legal claims and suits, and ultimately improve the standard of care being offered throughout the Strength & Conditioning profession. It is the result of a year-long project undertaken by the NSCA Professional Standards & Guidelines Task Force. Phase I, which involved researching, authoring and reviewing the document. Phase II is the implementation and dissemination of the information that is currently underway.
