Recreational Dance Day! Appalachian to Country Western, African American to Swing, Squares and Contras, Latin Salsas!
Dancing for fun in class and community settings attracts big crowds! Participants in this all-day workshop will learn a wide range of dances and strategies for teaching large groups. Teachers of all levels and those who want to improve their skills will benefit as we practice balance, timing, agility, style, leadership, followership and conflict resolution as we build social capital. Learning competencies, strategies for closing gaps in learning and positive partnering will be addressed. This session is important to everyone!.
