This session is designed to introduce the attendee to various legal concepts as they apply to bleachers and bleacher safety. Of particular importance is the Minnesota Bleacher Safety Act and the resultant CPSC Guidelines for retrofitting bleachers. Discussion of current codes regarding the construction of new bleachers will also be included. This session is of value to anyone involve in the management of a facility that has bleachers or planning to build new bleachers.
