Learning and Practicing Tai Chi: Principles, Challenges, and Approaches
Tai Chi is known as a type of low impact and moving meditation exercise. It is an ideal mind-body exercise for people at all ages and with different physical conditions. Today, Tai Chi is attracting the attention and participation of more and more people throughout the nation because of its benefits to health. This presentation will focus on introducing effective approaches to learning and practicing Tai Chi. A multidimensional approach consisting of discussion, demonstration, and "follow me" exercises will be used in the presentation.
