What Teens Want to Know About Health, Exercise and Nutrition and Their Answers in Accessible Science
How do I speed up my metabolism? How do I get big, buff and a 6-pack stomach? Why am I hungry all the time? Why can't I take pills and supplements instead of eating food? These are just a few of the real questions asked by teens about health, exercise and nutrition. The questions were obtained from a survey I conducted of 2,000 high-school teens (ages 14-18) in the Chicago suburbs. In this enlightening and informative session, you will learn the answers to these questions using a most innovative teaching approach.
