| Participants will hear about the collaboration of the Illinois AHPERD and the American Heart Association (Midwest Affiliate) that resulted in a change in the Illinois State Board of Education policy on physical education.
Strategies on networking, legislation advocacy, and public relations events will be shared. The use of technology is also essential to Illinois' continued advocacy efforts for physical education. Come hear about this successful collaboration! |
