The Mighty Pause and Exercise
Exercise is touted as one of our best "anti-aging pills"--it has been a tool used for overall health, weight reduction, and stress reduction. The benefits of exercise as well documented. This presentation will be an overview of the effect of exercise on menopause--what we do know and what we need to know in how exercise affects the symptoms and stressors of perimenopause and menopause.
