Conducting a JRFH Event for Your University Community
Jump Rope for Heart is a national program sponsored by the American Heart Association (AHA) and AAHPERD. It funds critical cardiovascular research and education, promotes the benefits of lifelong heart-healthy lifestyles and engages in community service. Aren’t these lofty goals worthy of our college age students as well as our grade school age children? See how the Chicago State University Physical Education Majors Club has conducted a successful JRFH event for the university community for the past 10 years.
