Hands-On Badminton XI
This session is designed to teach the basic and intermediate skills of badminton that may be used in practical situations. Age appropriate drills, strategies, and methods will be presented. Participants will be encouraged to improve their own skills through hands-on activities. A fun, culminating activity will be held the last hour of the session.
