Exercise and Coronary Risk Factors in Children
This session will address coronary risk factors in children. It will include a discussion of cardiac risk assessment, incidence of coronary risk factors in children, as well as relationships between physical activity and various coronary risk factors. The program will conclude with recommendations for exercise designed to reduce risk factors and strategies for education geared towards youth.
