Utilization of Technology to Enhance Motor Skill Analysis |
Focus on how the attendee will benefit by attending this program.
In this session you will learn about a class exercise that helps focus students on the critical elements of a skill, and how to qualitatively analyze it with the aid of technology. Come experience how your students can develop a CD-Rom that brings Gallahue’s stages of motor development to life. Student taken digital photos capture the critical elements of the initial, elementary, mature and sport transition stages of development This exercise immerses preservice and/or inservice teachers in technology and allows them to construct their own understanding of fundamental motor skill analysis. |
