| Using Handheld Computers to Facilitate Student Assessment |
| Hand-held computers are ideal for physical educators since they fit into a pocket, allowing for convenience and accessibility in any setting. Data entered in the field can be input into a desktop or notebook computer with the push of a button. This session will give educators hand-on experience using a Palm IIIe computer and compatible software. Participants will practice the easy-to-learn graffiti writing systems as well as spreadsheet and fitness testing applications. |
