| The presentation will examine the rise in litigation in the area of youth sport. Recent court decisions will be examined to determine areas of concern for administrators, coaches, officials and participants. Through the review and analysis of court decisions, guidelines and recommendations will be developed to help make youth sport a better and safer experience for all concerned. |
