Racewalking: Eat My Dust
Enjoy walking, but wish you were fast enough to pass those joggers that sneer as they go by? Have we got a program for you, get a bang for the buck you put into walking. This clinic is designed to allow the beginning and intermediate walker to learn skills and techniques that will improve speed and conditioning. This is a hands (or should we say feets on) learning experience, so come prepared to workout!
