Practical Principles of Strength, Quickness and Speed
The “Sports Injury Risk Management and Keys to Safety” program provides a ‘how to do it’ guide for sport injury risk management. The program’s aim is to create awareness on how to reduce the risk of injury in activities. Subjects covered within the program are risk management, facilities, equipment, instruction/supervision, warning, informed consent, and sport injury care.
