Success in Periodic Review, Tenure and Promotion—Mentoring and Evaluation |
Documenting one’s activities and achievements in teaching, service and scholarly productivity is essential in preparing for annual, third-year, tenure, promotion, and post-tenure reviews. The purpose of this session is to share advice from experienced administrators and senior faculty about how to mentor colleagues through this process and provide insights into how to prepare effectively for these reviews based on their mentoring of faculty at several universities. |
