Mentoring Beginning Physical Education Teachers |
Participants will consider the role of mentoring in helping the induction process for beginning teachers. Current information regarding efficacy of mentoring beginning physical education teachers will be presented. Participants will also have the opportunity to engage in small group discussions concerning mentoring strategies and possible guidelines relative to current information. |
