An Innovative Mechanism for Youth Fitness and Getting Fit
Research has indicated that physical fitness is beneficial to lifelong wellness. Teach yourself, your students, and individuals of all ages creative and innovative ways to improve overall health and physical fitness with the use of Thera-band products. This is your chance to experiment with a potentially new product for your program, and to test your level of strength and stamina. The initial presentation will include a program review from the design and implementation of an elementary physical fitness unit. The second part of the presentation is a "hands-on" application of various products that can be used not only in the elementary curriculum but across all age groups. Try it and get fit!
