COPEC Day: Moving from Grading to Assessments: Big Jumps for the Practitioner |
The purpose of this session is to present to the audience a description of a training program utilized to provide physical education teachers assessment tools that can be implemented kindergarten through high school. The audience will learn basic assessment strategies relating to sport skills, fitness activities and game performance. Also included will be an explanation of a training program that identifies specific assessment tools such as: rating forms, checklists, self-assessments, computer programs and game performance inventories. |
