This session features the use of powerful and creative, meaning making events that clearly illustrate a fitness/wellness principle students will remember for a lifetime. Learn the Respiratory Rap, take the Hemoglobin Bus, measure fat grams in paper clips and learn many more meaning making events to help students understand key fitness/wellness principles and concepts. Discover how meaning making events take only one to three minutes to integrate into a K-6 physical education lesson and help students acquire the knowledge base for NASPE Standards 1, 3 and 5. |
