Developmentally Appropriate Soccer Games for Elementary School Children |
Soccer is one of the most popular games for children. Nearly 75% of all soccer players in the United States are under the age of 12. This presentation is designed to provide elementary school classroom and physical educators a format of developmentally appropriate activities and games designed to allow all children an opportunity to participate in skill development, play in a safe and appropriate training space, make decisions and solve problems, and play small-sided games in an environment that has direct implications related to how children play soccer. |
