Scientific and Methodological Considerations for Training the Developing Volleyball Player
This program will address different issues that should be present when teaching and training youth volleyball players. Skill development will be presented by using some of the underlying biomechanical and motor learning principles. Also to be addressed are some of the methondological issues and strategies to develop junior players. Ideas on skill progression and the developing of drills will also be examined. Narrative and visual examples of the applications will be provided. The program is oriented to teachers and to coaches that work with developing player high school and junior level coaches.
