| Coaching as a Profession: Promises, Problems, and Possibilities for the 21st Century |
| This session will provide an analysis of the profession of coaching, with special emphasis on new professionals, the rewards, demands, isues and concerns as societal expectations have changed. Included will be an overview of the current status of the coaching profession and a discussion of several alternatives to current coaching practices. Contributions to the program will include perspectives presented by several undergraduate/novice coaches. |
