| This session will provide background on the training provided to the Inuit Recreation Leaders. Attendees will learn Inuit history and culture and a description of the competency-based approach concept. The presentation will outline the objectives, the steps and the strategies used to promote, deliver and evaluate the Recreation Leadership Program. |
