Active Living for Older Adults
This program will provide an experiential learning opportunity. Participants will hear from active older adults, professional program planners and educators concerning what it means to be active in older adulthood. The program is designed to expose participants to “real world activities” found in the network of Elderhostel programs offered in North America and around the world. This session will go a long way to explain what the older adults are doing for adventure in retirement.
