Inclusion Is More Than Keeping Score
This session will give the regular physical education teacher ideas and information on how to successfully begin an inclusive physical education program. The format of this session will be a combination information/lecture and active participation in several physical activities. The highlight of the session will be participating in inclusive activities with students with disabilities from several local schools. The session will cover the following information: ideas for inclusion, active participation in inclusive physical education activities, information on internet sites for further information, and time for questions from the audience.
