Building Pathways Toward Success in the Interactive Health Education Classroom |
This program will focus on the advocacy and implementation of activities and teaching strategies that utilize multiple intelligences in order to promote higher order thinking skills in the middle and high school health education classroom. Participants will learn how to develop and access activities that integrate higher order thinking skills that demonstrate the use of multiple intelligences within the ten areas of comprehensive school health education. Participants will leave this session with a packet they can readily implement into their middle and high school curriculum. This interactive session is appropriate for the first year and veteran teacher as well as the professional in higher education that is involved in teacher preparation. |
