This presentation will share a technology based health science education instructional lab in use at the University of Florida. The presenters will use Power Point software to illustrate lab layout, organization, policies, and lab rules. Video will also be used to demonstrate how a similar lab is used in a middle school setting to make course offerings more relevant to the needs of today's student. Presenters will also demonstrate how various technology products (including hardware and software) have been grouped together to insure that students are prepared to live and work in a world where technology plays a major role in balancing work and good health. |
