AAHE Technology Task Force – A Preliminary Report To The Field
One of the priorities of the current AAHE President is to "maximize the use of technology in all areas of AAHE activity. To address this priority, Dr. David Birch appointed a task force of AAHE members with expertise in technology. The principal charge of the AAHE Task Force on Technology is to examine how AAHE uses technology in the six AAHE Strategic Priority areas of membership, advocacy, finance, human resource development, research and development, and communication. Over the past six months the Task Force has been gathering data regarding opportunities and barriers to the enhanced use of technology to improve the manner in which AAHE is able to serve its membership and the discipline. The purpose of this panel session is to share preliminary findings with the audience and provide an opportunity for feedback.
