Family Based Prevention: The Ohio Experience
This panel will feature four presentations followed by a question and answer session. Ohio’s First Lady, Hope Taft will provide an overview of the Ohio Parent Awareness Task Force’s work. Luceille Fleming, Director of the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services will review family based prevention projects in Ohio, Keith King, Assistant Professor at the University of Cincinnati will share findings of a Parent Prevention Needs Assessment Survey, and Donald Wagner, Professor at the University of Cincinnati, will review evaluation findings of Ohio’s efforts with Head Start Programs and other Pre-School Settings.
