Content Standard #2 of the NASPE National Standards for Physical Education states: A physically educated person applies movement concepts and principles to the learning and development of motor skills. Are you stumped on how to do this? Suggestions for teaching and assessing biomechanical principles in the high school physical education; curriculum will be presented. Specifically, instructional aids developed to help teachers in Illinois meet their state learning standards, as well as opportunities to share ideas with other members of the audience, will be provided. |
