Hatha Yoga: Cross Training for Dancers & Physical Educators
Hatha Yoga is an ideal cross training discipline – challenging the balance, flexibility and range of movement for dancers and physical educators of all ages. The key benefit of Yoga is that participants can work developmentally to improve their skill level with increasingly more difficult patterns readily available. Hatha Yoga also focuses on breath flow coordinated with movement pattern. More subtle aspects will be addressed concerning internal focus and concentration as it pertains to the enhancement of artistic performance.
