A Selection of Folk, Line, Contra & Round Dances
If you can walk, you can dance! Come and learn simple, fun dances that can be used for elementary to college-aged students. The selection will represent a variety of formations, such as line, circle, double circle, longset, square, etc. These activities will improve rhythm to music, self-esteem and physical fitness while interacting with peers in a non-intimidating atmosphere.
